Payments

Payment stages follow the accepted quote.
Upfront materials payments and deposits transfer when paid. Progress and final stages transfer only after release is requested and approved.
Pay directly if both sides prefer.
The project record can remain in BuildPair, but BuildPair cannot process, pause, refund or recover money paid privately.
